I owned multiple practices. I have owned both a private practice and corporate practice . I recently had assisted a firm with consulting . This past year has been filled with relief work. Relief allows me to see all sides of medicine and management at the practice level. This is extremely Interesting to see from private to corporate how they all navigate through the same challenges we all endure in a veterinary practice , from human resources, business management, and everyday interactions.
