This surgery of C-section was performed because the fetus with posterior longitudinal presentation, dorsopubis position by bending both legs behind, and repositioning the manual way to no avail. The surgery was performed by Moech Saifoel, DVM (civil servants in Bondowoso and alumni of of Gadjah Mada University) in the early morning at 3:00 and is located in the Jambesari village, Jambesari district, Bondowoso, East Java, Indonesia on January 3, 2011. This operation is an operation to the 23 times that I have done. Postsurgical recovery was excellent, although the diagnosis at the time of surgery was dubius. Two weeks postsurgical performed remove the seams, who previously performed the examination of the uterus and the results are very good. The suggestion that cows can do is continue to kept and can give birth normally again. Also, it is advisable to warm water compress to the surgical scar in order for a small swelling that occurs to normally again and 1 week later, this condition seemed normally again.
